How do I make a reservation and how do I pay for it?

Do I have to pay some kind of returnable deposit for the apartment?
Yes. The deposit price varies between 200 and 1000€ depending on the number of nights and the apartment. This must be paid when you receive the apartment and will be returned to you when you finish your stay with the proviso that the apartment is in the same condition as it was when it was recieved.
What happens if I break something?
If something is broken, please inform Gavirental and we shall replace it. The cost of repair will be deducted from the deposit.
Entry and departure times?
The entry time is from 15.00 to 20.00. The departure time is at 11.00. if your arrival or departure time does not fit in with the stipulated hours, please let us know and we shall do our best to offer you a solution.
How are the keys handed over?
When you arrive, a Gavirental representative will be waiting for you to hand over the keys and show you around the apartment. You need to send us an e-mail with an approximate arrival time at the apartment, and once you are in Madrid, you must phone the number given in the reply to your e-mail to reconfirm your arrival time.
Is the tap water drinkable?
Yes, it is drinkable and safe, although the taste is not to the liking of some clients. For this reason we recommend you buy mineral water from the supermarket.
What type of electrical current is used in Spain?
The current is 220v. Electrical apparatus bought outside Europe will need an adapter.
